RYAN AWARDED
CERTIFIED GRADUAUTE BUILDER (CGB) DESIGNATION
Pittsford, N.Y.
- June 1, 2006 - Chuck Ryan, of homes by RYAN recently became
one of the select group of 2,000 professional builders nationwide
who have earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation,
identifying him as one of the building industry’s top
professionals.
Administered by
the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) University
of housing, the CGB program is sponsored locally by the Rochester
Home Builders Association.
CGBs earn the building
industry’s premier professional designating by successfully
completing an intensive series of nine six-hour courses. The
CGB curriculum incorporates training by leading building industry
practitioners and academics on a range of topics, including
business management, emerging technologies and market trends.
After earning CGB credentials, program graduates are required
to maintain their designation through completion of an additional
six hours of training annually.
